Knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly staff

I was able to quickly get an appointment that fit my schedule. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things in words I could understand.
She came up with a great treatment plan, gave me brain game ideas to keep my dog busy, options to help her lose a few pounds, AND recommended a new flea, tick, and worm medication that covers two additional types of worms. The best part is it is less expensive than what I was using. Can't go wrong with this practice.

Our first time meeting and seeing Dr. Jones. We found her to be very approachable and empathetic, and she gave our Frenchie a thorough examination while also handling her with with a kind heart. This is a "needy" and illness prone breed, and it was nice to have our dogs needs addressed in a positive, best qualify of care life instead of leaving the exam room feeling like we got a lecture for having this breed of dog. I liked Dr. Jones and will be happy to see her again.

Everyone was fantastic

Dr. Jones was very caring, answered all our questions and did not rush through the appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very heart felt Veterinarians. I had to have my cat (19) Whiskers euthanized as his health was deteriorating. And Dr. Jones stayed a few minutes while Whiskers passed.
